There's fresh additions to this page that [no one knows about or looks at], but that's just peachy- it should still be purty.

The last year has been a horrible one.  Family deaths, job loss, failures at school, infighting, car repossesed, yada yada.  Actually, the last four years have been horrible.  These journals have fragments of those times, and honestly I don't want them repeated ever again. But now the year(and decade) is over, and I can't help but feel sad. Yet, I now have an opportunity few have- eight months of "free" time.  It's not something I want to squander(again).  The next six to seven months will be devoted to returning to the things I love and need to do.  I have over three dozen untouched books to read, many written by authors I respect.  My dra

I feel old, but not quite in the whiny sense of the term. I glanced through my journals and old pictures and removed some I couldn't stand.  My skill right now is so much better than it was three years ago that a simple sketch would easily outclass hours of work.  The sad thing is, the amount of practice I have done shows that isn't a whole lot... but it's neat to say the least. Taking a moment to look back on these old things... it's amazing how I've changed along with the world.  Though, I'm going to stop the 'deep' musing there(Called it deep so it would sound less whiny, by the way) Anyways, that concludes another 20+ hour run without
